We carefully curate the box contents each month to ensure a good balance of flavors and textures for you to enjoy.

Q.What shipping provider to do you use?
We ship all Mochikichi Subscription Boxes using the registered Air Parcel or the Express Mail Service (EMS) provided by Japan Post.
Q.How much does shipping cost?
There is no additional cost for shipping. Shipping is included in the subscription fee for all Mochikichi Subscription Box plans.
Q.How often are the boxes shipped?
Mochikichi Subscription Boxes are shipped once a month. Your first box will be shipped the following month after your order. For example, if you order a box subscription on January first, you will receive your first box shipment in February.
Q.Where are the boxes shipped from?
All Mochikichi Subscription Boxes are shipped direct from our factory located in Nogata city, Fukuoka, JAPAN.
Q.How long does shipping take?
It will take around a week for the Mochikichi Subscription Box to arrive.
Q.How big is the box?
The dimensions of the Mochikichi Subscription Box are 268mm x 290mm x 78mm (10.55in x 11.42in x 3.07in).
Q.What is included in the box?
The Mochikichi Subscription Box contains a special handselected assortment of Mochikichi gourmet rice crackers and snacks. Each box includes 20-25 packets and pouches, each of which contains a single large-sized, or multiple small-sized, gourmet rice crackers. The contents of the box change each month. Examples of different flavors offered include crispy soy sauce, chocolate covered almond, nori wrapped wasabi, sping onion with miso, crunchy black bean, fried sweet-chili prawn, and many, many more! Inside the box there will also be an English explanation describing the taste and characteristics of each cracker.
Q.How does billing work?
Your first billing will occur at the time you complete your purchase during checkout. You will also be billed whenever you subscription renews, which will be every 1, 6, or 12 months from the original purchase date depending on your subscription plan.
Q.My box arrived damaged or there is something else wrong with my box. What should I do?
If your Mochikichi Subscription Box arrives damaged, please contact us at international-info@mochikichi.co.jp. Depending on the circumstances and/or the condition of the products, we may be able to provide you with store credit or a replacement shipment.
Q.My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your Mochikichi Subscription Box is taking too long to deliver, please contact us at international-info@mochikichi.co.jp. We track all our shipments using Japan Post's EMS tracking service and will try to help you locate your box.
Q.Can you make substitutions?
Due to limited inventory we cannot customize the contents of your Mochikichi Subscription Box, even for dietary or food allergy related reasons. We include explations for each cracker flavor, including allergen information, with all our Mochikichi Subscription Boxes. If you have allergies or personal health concerns please read the allergen information before consuming any of our products.
Q.What is your subscription cancellation policy?
You can easily deactivate your subscription at anytime using your Shopify account. However, keep in mind that deactivations will not be processed for the current month but for the following month. For example, if you are on the 1 month subscription plan and you submit a request to deactivate on May 1st, you will still receive and be charged for a shipment for May. Likewise, if you are on the 1 month subscription plan and you deactivate on April 30th you will not receive or be charged for a shipment in May. Also, please bear in mind that deactivation only stops future renewals. It does not stop shipments for any active subscription plans you may already have. Subscription renewals are non-refundable and we do not accept returned orders/items. Please deactivate your subscription prior to the plan renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for future box subscriptions.
Q.Can I skip a shipment?
If you are on the 1 month subscription plan you can skip a shipment easily using the subscription management options in your Shopify account. From there you can select the calendar date that you would like your next subscription renewal to be processed on. Please keep in mind that shipments for the current month cannot be skipped.
